Leonora’s introduction to the luxury market was through her success in the international Show Jumping arena, competing for Great Britain.After suffering an accident, Leonora jumped straight into the luxury market with Cartier. While she was unable to ride, she learnt the ropes of luxury brand marketing and high-end events from the very best.
Leonora is now extremely proud to represent some of the world’s most luxurious brands. Her passion is to create exceptional and captivating content. Her determination to push boundaries and drive to curate breath-taking quality is what makes her different.

Crispy edges, soft gooey centres, and packed with everyones favourite Easter Chocolate (Mini Eggs!) - these are the ultimate spring baking treat. Perfect for Easter hosting, gifting, or just a cosy baking day at home 💛
Ingredients:
130g unsalted butter
95g light brown soft sugar
80g white granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
290g plain flour
1 ¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
½ tsp Malden sea salt
110g milk chocolate (finely chopped or chips)
190g Mini Eggs (chopped)
60g Mini Eggs (whole)
Bake until golden on the outside but still soft in the middle for that perfect thick cookie texture ✨
